Professional Background: A Graduate of Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he earned a BS in Finance from the Haub School of Business in 2004. I currently hold series 7, series 66, and life insurance licenses. Personal Life: He is actively engaged in the Holmdel, NJ community and contributes to local charitable organizations. He shares his life with his wonderful wife, Melissa, and their two children, Christopher and Grace. Outside of his professional commitments, you will often find him coaching my son’s baseball and basketball teams. He also enjoy mountain biking, road cycling, tennis, fishing, and hunting.

Baylis Jadamec

Glenn W. LeBoeuf, CRPC

Graduating from Monmouth College in 1976 as a history major .Glenn taught social studies for a few years before joining Smith Barney in 1981. He has read many books on ‘Investor behavior’ and financial planning.

Glenn has always been fascinated with the mistakes investors have made for decades. Being overconfident and complacent near market ‘tops’ or fearful during market ‘lows’ lead him to have important conversations with clients during those times. Glenn feels too much unproductive cash in their accounts may make them appear ‘safe’ when the real unsafe position is to not grow their money faster (over time) to overcome the corrosive effects of taxes and inflation. 

Glenn is an avid civil war and ‘Lincoln’ lecturer and appeared in films such as ‘Glory’ (1990) and ‘Gettysburg’ (1993). He lectures on historical subjects in the tri-state area. He holds Series 5,7,63, and insurance licenses as well as the title ‘Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor’ (CRPC) through the College of Financial Planning.

Glenn resides in Middletown, N.J. and enjoys playing tennis and giving ’Financial Literacy’ presentations to local high school students. He is also the Docent at Monmouth University and gives frequent walking tours of the mansion on campus.

Melissa Naylor

Melissa graduated from Monmouth University with a bachelor’s in communication in 2018. During her senior year, she interned here at Garden State Securities, getting her first exposure to the firm and this industry. Immediately after graduation, Melissa began her career in advertising in NYC. Over a span of almost 4 years, she worked on media brand strategy at OMD and then Horizon, working on multiple Eli Lilly brands like Trulicity and Baqsimi as well as Burger King and nonprofit, International Animal Rescue. During her time in advertising, Melissa put together campaign strategies for major product launches, performed brand research and put together analyses, worked on pitches for new clients, managed budgets, oversaw the team below her, etc. Toward the end of 2021, post COVID, Melissa’s priorities and goals shifted, bringing her back to Garden State Securities. With her previous knowledge from her time at GSS paired with her professional experience from her earlier career, Melisa has brought the Clear Stone Financial Group to the next level. Her organizational skills streamline day-to-day tasks as well as larger projects boosting productivity for the whole team. Melissa’s client relations and communication skills help develop a close personal relationship with clients along with making sure needs are met. 

Her dedication to wealth management and business development has assisted in helping grow the team’s business. Melissa ensures plans are executed properly from proposal to execution, to analysis. On a personal level, Melissa is Jersey girl through and through, growing up here and still residing here with her husband, Richard, and her German Shephard, Sylvester “Sly” Stallone. When not at work, you’ll find Melissa teaching Pilates classes, going for long walks, and spending time with friends and family
